Identity
Who am I?Discover strengths, interests, and gifts. Build confidence in the person God created you to be.
Made for children and adults with autism and other special needs. Big pictures, short words, and one shared place for families, teachers, and caregivers.

Our Individualized Identity, Education/Purpose, Spiritual, and Social Plan (IESSP) connects four essential parts of a meaningful life.

Discover strengths, interests, and gifts. Build confidence in the person God created you to be.
Grow through meaningful learning, everyday skills, and steps toward greater independence.
Explore prayer, Scripture, and Christian values in ways that feel personal and accessible.
Practice communication, nurture friendships, and find a place to belong.
Turn everyday routines into small, achievable steps. Visual schedules help each person know what comes next and build confidence along the way.

One step at a time. You’ve got this!
Home, school, faith, and care are all part of the same story. Our vision brings those worlds together, with the individual at the center.

Share what you notice so home, school, and care are working on the same plan.
We believe every person is made in God’s image, with gifts to discover and a life of meaning. That belief shapes how we support learning, relationships, independence, and spiritual growth.
“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14The platform is designed for children and adults with autism and other special needs, alongside their families, caregivers, educators, therapists, and approved support team members. Support adapts to each person’s strengths, communication style, and stage of life.
An IEP focuses on school-based educational support. The IESSP broadens that perspective to include identity, education and purpose, Christian spiritual development, and social connection. It is intended to complement an official school IEP, not replace it.
Yes. Christian faith is central to the vision. Prayer, Scripture, character, and an understanding of God’s love are integrated in ways appropriate to each individual’s abilities and needs.
Create an account to start using the existing care-tracking tools. The interactive preview on this page illustrates the broader IESSP vision; visual schedules, learning activities, and other planned experiences will develop as the platform grows.
